Samuel Ohene Kwapong
Managing Director

Ohene has over ten (10) years rich experience in Project Management having worked in different sectors including Education, Civic Society, Civil Engineering inter alia.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

He is an Assistant Director II in the Ghana Education Service, Executive Director of WillWay Africa, and also serve on a the Board of True Vine Ministries.

He has managed projects for the MTV Staying Alive Foundation, USAID Local Governance Decentralization Programme (LOGODEP), Ghana AIDS Commission among others.

He has participated in a number of workshops as a facilitator and participant. He provides oversight responsibility of AES directing the strategy of the company towards its profitable growth and operation.

Ing. Uniben Yao Ayikoe Tettey
Operations Director

Ing. Tettey possess a MSc in Industrial and Civil Engineering with the specialization in Design and Investigation of Buildings and structures from the Tver State Technical University in the Russian federation. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Linnaeus University, Sweden. His research focus is on life cycle monetary cost, primary energy use and GHG balances of the urban built environment.

He has over seven (7) years experience having worked with Ital Prestress and Construction Products (I.P.C.P.) a subsidiary of Trasacco Development Company Ltd, Walltech Ghana Ltd. a Manufacturing, Construction and Real Estate Development Company, CSENG Consult, a Civil/Structural Engineering and Project Management Consultancy Firm

William Amelorku Kodzo
Safety and Quality Manager

William is a Geo Environmentalist with over ten years working experience in Geomatic Engineering and Geographic Information System (GIS). He has rich experience in Plantation survey and management, Engineering, Topographic and Cadastral Survey, Spatial Analysis, Raster Data Analysis and management of LiDAR data. He has extensive knowledge in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Environmental Site Investigation (ESI). He has worked with Coronation Trust Resources, Ghana Oil Palm Development Company Ltd and Geoengineering Services Limited from July 2004 to January 2014.

He holds a BSc. in Geomatic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and MSc. in Environmental Science, Policy and Management at the institute of Local Government Studies.

He is a committed, hardworking and trust-worthy person with good interpersonal/human relation. He is a team player who is firm on decisions. He has good communication and presentation skills with excellent verbal and written English.

Eric Owusu Frimpong
Senior Quantity Surveyor

Eric has over seven years working experience in Quantity Surveying, Maintenance and Project Management. He holds an HND and a Bsc in Building Technology from the Takoradi Polytechnic and Kwame Nkrumah University of science and Technology respectively. He is also student member of Charted Institute of Builders (CIOB) – UK and the Ghana Institute of Surveyors. He has over 8 years of post-graduation working experience in the all aspect of building and construction.

Some companies he has worked with includes Adu-Mpiani & Partners, Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Lakeside Estates, the Ghana Highways Authority, Ablakwa Master Builders among others.

JEFFRID SEFA ADJEI
Building Technologist

Jeffrid is a graduate of the Takoradi Polytechnic. He is responsible for engineering plan, designing of construction projects, directing and coordinating projects. He worked with HeroCon Ghana Ltd as the Project Manager.

He has participated in a number of workshops and seminar all aimed at making him effective and efficient in his role. Computer Literate and conversant with Microsoft Standard Office Applications Software
